Reducing Barriers to Entrepreneurship

I suggest you give corporations and companies for small businesses and enterpenaurs tax incentives to "pay it foward " by assisting average people to open a business and or encourage enterpenaur ventures. For example, wouldn't it be great if you could "rent to own" an apartment complex or refurbish property housing, using a portion of your rent towards owenrship and or a business as a property a manager? Especially.now,,with all the depressed property in the market!Better yet, if there are significant incentives or refunds for businesses to assist enterpenaurs and in turn they provide a serivce for others, as they become established, as a way to pay back their funding.
