I suggest to the Federal Government to stop being behind the times on technology and Literally Build a Solar Paneled Sky Scrapper in every Major City GROWING nothing but Vegetables and Fruits on every Floor of the Sky Scraper which would employ thousands of Farmers in every major City and create "Self Sustainability" in every major city.
These Vegetable/ Fruit Growing Solar Paneled Sky Scrapers would be High Security protecting our food necessities from Terrorist, and Maximize land use by building farmed foods vertically inside of the Sky Scrapers instead of the old school way which is horizontally on stretched out farm lands. Imagine how many mouths would be fed right in each city without waiting on long distance transported foods. And if there is another hurricane and the farm lands are wiped out, the Sky Scrapers should be built to withstand flooding, tornados, etc.. Our School Systems from k through 12th Grade are being operated in outdated buildings and there are way to many public schools to federally fund and that is why I propose that the Federal Government needs to remodel the the school system. We should replace all of the JOB Corps and all of the Public School with Live on High Tech Campuses for grades k through 12 and then finally your associates degree. This is the long waited Universal American Education System that needs to be executed properly.
