Dear Mr. President,
The National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (N.O.R.M.L.) has submitted a petition to re-schedule marijuana from Schedule I to a less restrictive status. This was accepted in April of 2003. This petition has been 'hung-up' for the past eight years. Please help those who want to eliminate black-market-fueled criminal activities and are poised to succeed as legitimate cannabis entrepreneurs without facing jail time, loss of assets and financial ruin. I recall your response to whether or not you inhaled marijuana: "Isn't that the idea?"
One click of your "bic" would improve the lives of thousands of entrepreneurs in a multi-billion dollar industry. This decision to approve NORML's re-scheduling petition is simply a 'no-brainer.' Please do so now sir. My vote for you will depend upon it. With Respect, @JackieWellbaum
