Reducing Barriers to Entrepreneurship

Consider distributing early stage startup grant funds directly to qualified entrepreneurs and encourage them to purchase the support support services that they may need from business and technical professionals. Get the incubators out of the training business and encourage them to provide hands on work in support of the entrepreneurs who are attempting to create business and jobs. Do the same thing for SCORE. Get SCORE to provide teams that can do real work. Require entrepreneurs or an associate to have a business degree from a college or university before distributing grants.
