Incubator Office for Start Up

Provide Office for Start-Up and sole owner for H-1b

In accordance with newly announced sole owner employer/employee H-1b, the biggest obstacle is obtaining an office because they have no credit. If we provide office space say "Incubator Office" for one year, it will help them tremendously.

Eliminate Prohibition on General Solicitation of Investors

Eliminate or significantly reduce the prohibition against general solicitation in connection with a private offering of securities by startups, which impedes companies' ability to use the internet and other efficient means to reach otherwise qualified prospective investors.

Define Small Business

create a single definition of "small business" to be all companies that have 10M or less in gross revenue, then use it universally for all government programs, including SBA direct lending to SBs. No banks will finance SBs, so no SB growth.

Trust Busting! Trusts do 70% of business abroad and don't pay ta

I suggest you... get rid of congress, Roosevelt style! Trust Busting! Trusts do 70% of business abroad and don't pay taxes domestically. They have no reason not to commit treason. New ethics laws should be in place before any congressman seeks office. 1. No more "Royal Benefits Package" for a two or four year job! 2. No more second terms for any member or staffers. 3. No more political contributions via party or individual. ...more »

Tariff on Chinese goods 31%

We run a trade deficit with China, When our credit was downgraded a Chinese official stated prices of Chinese goods to the USA would double. I propose a tariff on Chinese goods that will balance the trade deficit and create jobs in the USA, because the cost of Chinese products will become competitive.

Investment tax credit

Businesses are sitting on nearly $2Trillion. Think of how many jobs and new businesses could be created if this money were invested in America. When Ronald Reagan was President he used "the investment tax credit" to provide incentives to create jobs. If the money isn't invested then it should be taxed....create jobs no tax.
