University participation in Regional Economic Clusters
The EDA has released a request for proposal for a grant that encourages regional competitiveness by the formation of business clusters designed to create new businesses and therefore jobs. The EDA has released a request for proposal for a grant that encourages regional competitiveness by the formation of business clusters designed to create new businesses and therefore jobs. Let's encourage professors of public universities to participate in clusters. In exchange for their participation they could qualify for tenure benefits or stock options. Eliminate their demand for direct hourly compensation since they are already compensated with public debt funds.
