Protecting intellectual property for new entreprenurs coming to America through recent EB-2 proposal becomes regulated, It will be good idea to include its related legal protection based on U.S. Intellectual Property Rights.

For the history of America, It could not been the U.S.A. today without immigrants and their patience and dreams that followed their heart and soul. Having nothing, they became successful and left their names in the history. For a StartUp America Initives, immigrant entrepreneurs should be in the middle of issue. So if U.S.A. demands them from all over the world, the U.S. government must see one's willingness to their goals of what they're capable of achieving by establishing their startups. That patially had led the U.S. Economy the Big Apple, the City that Never Sleeps... and many other nicknames. I think that U.S. must define and categorize what types of entreprenurs and attitude have brought today the most attractable and livable country on the planet of the Earth. By analyzing the historic records, the new policy can help and see who can or not. The govenment must brief what characteristics entreprenurs must have to start and grow their ideas into profitable businesses. If this can be part of the new policy, the new policy could eliminate unforseen failure of businesses. Because of everything starts from bottom of their heart and soul. It iwll be a good idea to define I wrote above!
