Hello:
I have a question for authorities who make laws and regulations:
Let's suppose I am visiting America and if I am a highly skilled worker, say sharp computer expert, a very good mechanic, a very good hair dresser, etc and I want to start up my own business in USA that can employ local US citizens, why would I need a t least 100,000 to start a small business that I know for sure that I can run very successfully on my own first.
I think there is abundence of some very sharp enterprueners out there who can do wonders in this country if given the chance to open up small businesses in this country.
Emphasis should be given to a good business plan and not to a significant amount of money that should be invested for an EB2 enterpruener.
The ultimate goal is to create jobs for US Citizens so if a sahrp minded person can start a small scale business and can provide two full time jobs to US citizens within a one year time frame, that enterpruner should deserve a Gold Medal.
If two jobs are not created within a year then EB2 status can be rescinded. We have to give chance to all scales of enterpruners at the grass root level but with very strict monitoring of progress made by these enterpruners.
